About us

Lawyers who built their own technology.

LexClaim is a service of Skynet Legal, S.L., the legal technology company a group of lawyers founded in Barcelona in 2019. Since then we have recovered portfolios of thousands of invoices for large companies, from energy to consumer finance.

To do it well we had to build our own factory: robots for the repetitive work and lawyers who decide and sign. LexClaim opens that same factory to any small business or freelancer, so that chasing a €300 invoice is worth it. Legal direction is handled by the lawyers of Claim Law, the group's law firm.

How we work

We only claim what is owedWe check every invoice before acting and stop as soon as your customer pays or tells us there is a mistake.
We treat your customer wellYour debtor gets their own page to see the invoice, ask questions and pay. Firm, but polite: often it is someone you want to keep working with.
A lawyer signs every stepThe pre-action letter, the claim and every court document are reviewed and signed by a registered lawyer.
