Frequently asked questions
What do I need to get started?
Sign up with your company details and upload the unpaid invoices. Anything missing (IBAN, address, representative) can be added later: it is only required before filing a court claim.
What is the MASC and why is it mandatory?
It is the settlement attempt Spanish law requires before going to court. We send it through a channel that leaves proof and, if the debtor does not reply in time, the case is ready for the claim.
When do I pay?
Only when you decide to take a step, and you always see the price first. Some stages include a percentage of what is recovered.
Who handles my case?
A case manager from the firm oversees your account and a registered lawyer signs the claim and represents you in court.
