Cookie policy
Which cookies LexClaim uses and why we do not ask for permission to set them.
Draft pending review by the law firm.
Items in brackets are still to be completed or confirmed. This is a translation: the Spanish version prevails.
What they are
Small files the website stores in your browser to remember something between pages, for example that you are logged in.
The ones we use
All of them are first-party (set by LexClaim, not third parties) and necessary for the website to work:
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| sb-…-auth-token | Keeps you logged in to the application (app.lexclaim.tech). | Until you log out; at most 400 days. |
| codigo_promocional | If you arrive through a campaign link, remembers the code to apply it when you sign up. | 30 days. |
No analytics or advertising
- We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and we do not share what you do on the website with anyone.
- Cookies needed to provide a service you request do not require consent (art. 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002, LSSI). That is why you will not see a cookie banner. If we ever add others, we will ask for your permission before setting them.
How to delete them
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you delete the session cookie you will have to log in again; if you block it, you will not be able to use the application.
