Connect or forward

Connect your software (Holded, Odoo, FacturaDirecta, Quipu…), forward your invoices to your LexClaim inbox or upload the Excel file from your software.

We review your invoices with AI

We read each invoice, check your customer's details and let you know if anything is missing or doesn't add up.

You confirm and we handle the rest

Friendly reminders, the formal pre-action demand (MASC) and, if needed, the court claim. You follow everything from your dashboard.

We store your software's key encrypted, and only our server uses it, to read your invoices and payments.

We look at your invoices; we never create, change or delete anything in your software.

Nothing is claimed without you

Everything comes in as a draft. Until you confirm, your customer receives nothing.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to change my invoicing software?

No. Keep using yours. LexClaim only receives the overdue invoices so that you can decide which ones to claim.

Is any invoice claimed without my say-so?

No. Everything that comes from your software or your inbox arrives as a draft. You review it and confirm it.

My software isn't on the list. Can I use LexClaim?

Yes. The invoice inbox and the Excel upload work with any software. And if you tell us which one you use, we'll take it into account for the next connections.

What if my customer pays me directly?

If your software is connected, we see it ourselves: we pause the reminders and ask you. In any case, you can mark it in the case yourself and everything stops that same day.

Can I disconnect my software?

Whenever you like, in My account → Connectors. We delete the key, and the invoices we have already brought in stay in LexClaim.
